Knocked-Up Fitness

I may not be pregnant, but I do have two little ones, so know what it is like to be pregnant. There are so many mixed emotions, and you say from the beginning you are going to eat healthy and are going to stay in shape....but the chocolate sundaes with whip cream and a cherry (maybe 2) keep calling your name.
