Popsicles That Really Pop by Rachel Teichman

Lets all welcome Rachel Teichman from Tots and Plans!

With a background in both art and business, Rachel Teichman has worked in online retail and PR, and was the local shopping expert for the Austin American-Statesman. Currently she cooks and crafts with her two kids, and blogs about it at www.totsandplans.com

Now let's read about her Popsicles that are great during the hot weather.

Popsicles That Really Pop!

Popsicles have take this summer by storm! Taking any juice and freezing it in a Popsicle mold provides a refreshing frozen treat. But there is some satisfaction in creating a new and innovative combination, and seeing bits of chopped fruit floating yet frozen. I have created a Popsicle matrix. Simply choose one item from each column, freeze, and have a cool summer! Amounts are up to you and the molds.
