The food was fabulous! The meals were delicious and were very pleasing to the eye! My family and I left 110% satisfied and we will definitely be going back soon. Our server was great, and she knew everything on the menu, and we loved that she told us her several favorites on the menu. She was very helpful in making our selections for our meals since it was our first time, and we were very impressed on her professional manner and customer service.
We started off our meal with the Spinach Fonduta. LOVED it! You have to try this! An oven-baked blend of spinach with fontina and Gruyère cheeses, served with grilled bruschette bread for dipping. The bread was warm, and with the fonduta it just melted in your mouth!
For our main course, the little ones chose Spaghetti and Meatball & Cheese Ravioli and Tomato Sauce. Of course I had to take a bite, and they were very tasty! Sometimes when you go to restaurants it seems like the kids menu is lacking, but Carrabba's makes sure that every food product they send out is going to blow you away. My husband selected to get the Veal Marsala with Cavatappi Amatriciana. He was very impressed, and believe me, he is a tough one to satisfy when it comes to his food.
Let me not forget about the wonderful salads we added to our meal! They were not skimpy and they were delicious as well! I chose to get a Caesar salad, and my husband got a garden salad.
I got the Chicken Bryan, which is chicken topped with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, and a basil lemon butter sauce. LOVED it! I do not know if I could ever choose anything else!
Doesn't that look really good?! I wish I had another plate of it sitting in front of me now! When you go to Carrabba's don't forget to get dessert. My husband's favorite is Tiramisu, so we had to try theirs. Our thoughts? A great way to end a fabulous meal!
