Lindsay Brin and Moms Into Fitness
Has anyone heard of Moms Into Fitness? It is a great place to go and find healthy recipes, plans, dvds and downloads of workouts to get fit. Not only only does it help you staying fit on a daily basis, but also helps you to get back into shape after you have a baby. The videos that I did were great, and in each one they had three levels where you would work out, basically from beginner to advanced. If you were starting to get back into shape after having a baby, then you would start at the beginner level and work your way up. Let's meet Lindsay and see how she started her career.

She definitely inspires a lot of women, and I like how she shares her stories and pictures to show her getting back into shape after having her little ones. It is amazing to see, and shows that it can be done! All you have to do is stay motivated, and have the desire to achieve your fitness goals!
There were a few separate dvds that I rotate from day to day. This is great for me because sometimes I tend to get bored with dvd workouts, but I LOVED this collection.
